Monique Coleman

Monique is an actor, producer, and Emmy-nominated Host. She’s most recognized as Taylor Mckessie in Disney’s High School Musical franchise. However, she’s known to many as the first ever United Nations Youth Champion and a passionate global youth advocate. During The International Year of Youth, Monique organized and funded a 6 month global tour to 24 countries and raised awareness about the most pressing issues facing today’s youth.

Mo works tirelessly to balance her work in entertainment with her passion for impacting the world. Latest film projects include “Somebody’s Someone” on Lifetime, “Steppin Back To Love” on TV One, and the indie films Phobias, The F Happened, and Graceland.

She’s the founder & CEO of “Motivated Productions” and her original series “GimmeMo” aired last fall on Discovery Life and garnered Mo a Daytime Emmy Nomination for outstanding host for lifestyle, children’s, or special class program.

Monique is a longtime Champion for UN Foundation’s “Girl Up Campaign” and is Allstate Foundation’s “Good Starts Young Ambassador”.
