Ever had a band play in your living room? We’re not talking about you and your sibs rocking out on concert band instruments, or your uncles playing the kazoo before a holiday dinner. We’re talking about a famous, super cool folk band that’s signed and everything. We’re talking about Dawes. And this could be your chance to win a private concert.

Dawes is a champion of Nothing But Nets, a fellow United Nations Foundation campaign that raises awareness and funding to fight malaria, a leading cause of death among children in Africa. In March, Dawes traveled to a refugee camp in Rwanda with Nothing But Nets, where long-lasting, insecticide-treated bed nets were distributed to families to help prevent malaria. Since then, the band has lobbied on Capitol Hill and spread awareness among fans and friends about a disease that can be prevented with a simple $10 bed net.

All of you Dawes fans out there can join Taylor, Griffin, Wylie, and Tay in the fight against malaria: By donating $10 or more to the Nothing But Nets campaign, you can enter for a chance to win a private, in-home concert by Dawes, a signed Fender guitar, or signed photos of the band! So cool.
-    Private concert for the Grand Prize Winner and up to 30 guests in the winner’s home or approved local venue.
-    BlacktopTM Jaguar® 90 Fender Guitar signed by the band, Dawes.
-    25 additional winners will receive a photograph personally signed by the band, Dawes.

Send a net. Save a life. Donate here for a chance to win. The contest ends Friday, November 1, 2013, at 11:59 PM EST. Spread the word and share a Nothing But Nets video.
