This Saturday marks the third anniversary of the catastrophic 7.0 earthquake that devastated Haiti on January 12, 2010.
The United Nations has been on the ground in Haiti since day one, and with its partners, has worked to help Haitians build a stronger Haiti. Three years later, the UN remains committed to helping Haitians rebuild and transform their lives for the future.
While the UN continues its crucial commitment to the Haiti relief efforts, it’s important that the world remains connected too. The best way to do so is to be aware of the current status of Haiti - and we have a way to help you stay informed!
The UN Foundation, along with experts in humanitarian and development issues in Haiti, will hold a media call on the ongoing efforts. Check out the UN Foundation blog tomorrow to listen to the full recording and learn more about what’s being done.
