I have been looking forward to my 18th birthday (on February 19) for months…maybe years! I’m throwing a huge party with all of my friends, but instead of asking for clothes or gift cards, I’m wishing for a birthday gift that means so much more, a donation to change a girl’s life, a “High Five” through Girl Up!
For my big day, I want to give girls living in developing countries a special gift – a High Five that will help transform a clinic in Malawi from a tiny room serving 130,000 youth, into a larger space that will allow more girls to receive health services.
