It’s time to put your game face on for girls and women!
Project Inspire: 5 Minutes to Change the World, a global platform for young change-makers, is now accepting applications for its annual contest to find the most innovative, sustainable and cost-efficient ideas to improve the lives of marginalized girls and women. Individuals between the ages of 18-35 who have a proposal to empower girls and women in Asia, the Middle East and Africa are invited to apply for the chance to win a $25,000 grant! Non-profits, non-governmental organizations and social businesses benefiting girls and women are also welcome to participate.
The application involves submitting a 5-minute video which explains how your project will benefit girls and women, how you will use the $25,000 grant to implement it, and what the long-term outcomes of your project will be. Sound a little daunting? Not to worry, Project Inspire has put together this helpful how-to guide to walk you through shooting and uploading a prize worthy video. All entries must be submitted before the June 30 deadline. Think you have an idea? Visit the Project Inspire application page to find out more details about the competition as well as how you can enter.
