- Support for your events and activities.
- Attendance at Girl Up events and other exciting events in your community.
How do you become a Girl Up BFF?
Girl Up BFFs have met the following FIVE requirements:
- Activated their Network. BFFs have educated their friends and family about the issues facing girls around the world and enlisted them to support Girl Up – whether through a petition drive, a presentation, or a Facebook event.
- Hosted an Event. BFFs have planned and held a Girl Up event in their community to raise awareness and/or funds for the campaign.
- Featured in the Media. BFFs have actively reached out to their local media to spread the word about Girl Up and educate the community about their work.
- Contributed to Our Blog. BFFs have shared their success to the entire Girl Up network and inspired others with their ideas by submitting blog posts and photos.
- Given Us Feedback. BFFs have not only supported Girl Up, but they helped make the campaign even better! By offering feedback directly to Girl Up staff, BFFs have taken an active role in improving and shaping the campaign.
